W. Todd Smith, Chief Financial Officer, joined AER in 1996. He was born in Victoria, Texas in 1966. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in 1991. He joined CSI Control Systems International in 1994 as a financial analyst. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Mr. Smith is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company.
